The Learning objective is to get familiar with the concepts of Corporate Performance Management. The course covers the management perspective (concepts as well as end-user perspective) as well as the IT perspective (Implementation of a Business Intelligence System). The topics covered include:

The exercises are performed using using a selection of tools from the following: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
